We start with a conversation about your vision, goals, and budget. This helps us understand exactly what you’re looking for and allows us to share insight on how to accomplish your vision. We further this conversation with recommendations on Team Members that could further assist in creating the perfect team.
PRELIMINARY CONSULTATION
Our Process
Once we agree on scope and a preliminary budget, drawings can be prepared to detail your space and be submitted for permits. This gives us the timing to prepare and discuss details of our contract, payment schedule and also prepare a construction schedule so you can plan.
IMPLEMENTATION
This is where it all comes together. Our team manages every phase of construction and maintain regularly scheduled site visit with Architects, Designers and our Clients. This keeps everyone involved, aware of design changes, budget changes etc. This also allows us to involve everyone in decisions regarding changes when those occur.
CONSTRUCTION
When your project is complete, we do a detailed walkthrough together to make sure every detail is right. With our warranty in place, you’ll have peace of mind knowing we stand behind our work long after move-in day.
