Whenever I had the opportunity, Tres Shelton was my choice for general contractor. It is a relief to know that he is on the job because of his \'team\' oriented approach. That is a rare and valuable asset from a general contractor. His lengthy experience in various project types assures thorough and considered bids, relatively painless \'value engineering\' when needed, calm, respectful approaches to unforeseen challenges as well as creativity when facing sensitive considerations such as time restraints, phasing, construction noise, exotic materials and ultra high end finishes. Remodeling has the reputation of being on the list with plague, famine, and drought. NOT SO with Tres Shelton. He truly will be your eyes, ears, and voice on construction projects that he directs. His experience will foresee future problems. His sub contractors are superior, tried, and true. Plus, he is an honest, reputable businessman who is easy to recommend to your family and friends. He will solve the most impossible problems and make them disappear. He will respect your property as if it were his own home. In addition, he will be there for the long haul even after he is paid in full.

P.s. I have used him to remodel twice--once 10 years ago in my home and just recently, in my space in a highrise. I would give him the grade of A++++
